          Payment:

We accept Money Order, Cashier Check and Paypal (www.paypal.com). We accept major credit cards through Paypal secure checkout system. Registration to Paypal is not required. We will not have your credit card information.

We only ship item to a confirmed address (the shipping address is the same as your credit card billing address) if using Paypal.  You could send money directly to our Paypal account at esales@translinks.com with Paypal.

You can also send us a Money Order with www.bidpay.com. We will ship the item once we receive an approval notification from BidPay.com.

Texas buyer (Texas shipping address) needs to pay 6.25% sale tax.

            Return/exchange/warranty policy:

We sell all brand new items, unless clearly indicated otherwise.

The defective item (under normal usage) could be returned to a designated service center in US for repair or exchange within 30 days of the date received.  Some (not all)  products have 1 year of limited warranty.
Buyer will be responsible for all S/H cost (both ways).

Please note that free items do not have any warranty.

Return it in new condition within 7 days of the date received if not complete satisfied, we will promptly issue a refund minus S/H fee and up to 15% restocking fee.

The S/H fee for those items with free shipping is considered as the actual shipping cost plus $5.

Please contact us for a RMA number before you return an item.

The item must be returned in it's original packaging, or an equivalent packaging with securely protection, with all accessories and box, unless instructed by us.

The following items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Item that is defaced, modified or physical damaged.

  • Item that has become non-functional due to user error.

  • Item that has the warranty label/mark removed by customer.

RJtech's products have full 90 days manufacturer warranty. Contact RJtech US service center directly for defects or other technical questions.  RJ Tech agrees, at it's option under warranty period, to replace product if it is determined to be defective at No Charge.

 

One year limited warranty for Malata, Boluw karoake player:
The product is under one year warranty. We will repair or replace the product parts if it is within one year from the date of arrival. There will be no cost of parts and labor if within the first 90 days. After the 90 days, the cost of parts and labor will be at the user's expense.  The buyer will also be responsible for the shipping costs. The warranty is voided if the item is modified or physical damaged, or becomes non-functional due to user error.
 


Please note that for players with karaoke songs (Boluw 8861, Malata 6619, RJtech 1000KII and others)  there are some songs, among over thousand songs, that are misprinted,  missing vocal and subtitle and have other problems. That is not considered a defect of the player or the midi disc, could not be considered as a reason for return or exchange.
